We carry many thoughts in our conscious and subconscious mind that leads to doubt, imposter syndrome and can limit your ability to succeed. It may be intimidating to take the steps to develop a healthy mind. But it’s important to just put one foot in front of the other and applaud the effort.
It’s also essential to not cave into the pressure to be perfect and healthy - everyday is going to look different. It’s important to move like water and give yourself the credit where it’s due for taking the first steps - that has more value than perfection. 😘
