We tend to write out big new year's resolutions and many times we get so overwhelmed and burnt out by mid year that we stop trying to go after what we aspire to do.
In 2022 try...
🌹 Stay in your lane. It's easy to get swept up in what others or doing and their resolutions but, remember to focus on you and be kind to yourself in the process of choosing your goals.
🌹 Break down larger goals into small tasks that you can tackle every week or month.
🌹 Set up check-ins with yourself to monitor if you're on track or if you need to adjust the resolution based on your needs and ambitions.
🌹 Be patient! Success is not achieved over night and if you want true growth in whatever you decide to do, that takes time and focus. we get so overwhelmed and burnt out by mid year that we stop trying to go after what we aspire to do.
